Leading In Chaos

We’ve just such an amazing weekend at Leading In Chaos!

It was such a privilege having the team at Quaich share their wisdom, psychological insight, and sometimes hilarious, and sometimes moving vulnerability, in order to equip us to be leaders on Campus in the 2020’s!

We learned how our ‘good enough vision’ can provide a compass through the chaos, gained insight into psychological games we play in leadership, learned how to elevate our thinking by holding paradoxical tensions in decision making, and much much more!

Thank you to everyone who came, who shared a vulnerable space, and delved into the material with a willingness to learn and be challenged. We look forward to seeing how God will use you to lead and equip this generation!
