Zoé has been an absolute dream to work with, and here’s why…

Zoé Ka-Ncube

“Zoé is ridiculously organised, driven and motivated. She’s charismatic, generous, sociable, compassionate and a natural leader... and honestly without her we wouldn’t have been able to function properly this year!

She has been integral in providing support in the conception, organisation, communication, marketing and delivery of events and ideas in both a public facing and strategic role. She has brought a new level of accountability and a fresh perspective that has helped in the creation and execution of new forms of content.

Furthermore, she is an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t express enough my appreciation for her support throughout the past few months. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!”

- Karim Stoddart, Media Co-Ordinator & Student Team Lead.

  • This year we have begun to further utilise Social Media as a platform to engage, equip and inspire students to grow in their journey to release God’s kingdom wherever they find themselves.

Zoé’s introduction has helped organise and facilitate the planning and roll out of our social media, introducing accountability and further strategy into our social media planning, and helping to introduce new ideas. She has been key to managing the structure and process of creating digital content around our events and longer form media, as well as providing original written and digital ideas herself.

In her short time, her creativity and organisational capabilities have helped massively in improving key areas of engagement through our social media platforms, improving IG Story & Reels engagement and we have seen a significant improvement in follower growth since her arrival! She’s been amazing.

  • The New Kind Of Kingdom Sessions (NKK) aim to inspire and equip students during their transition out of university, giving them a space to hear from Christian professionals working in different spheres, ask questions and explore their personal purpose in God’s Kingdom post-graduation.

In the lead up to our flagship live event, Zoé was integral to managing the team, facilitating communication between the guest speakers and the CAMPUS team, transferring information in clear and accessible ways, fulfilling risk assessments and creating production schedules to help the event run as smoothly and effectively as possible. Without her we couldn’t have done it!

  • We hosted a live stream interview with Ira Jackson Jr, footballer and author of the book “What Is A Man?” to explore a Godly perspective on masculinity in the 21st century.

Zoé was crucial in the quick turn around for hosting the live conversation, and was quick to act with new ideas to create engagement around the topic through our social media channels, resulting in the inception of a new series “Zoé on CAMPUS”.

  • Zoé’s presence, creativity and personality has been a breath of fresh air as we find further new ways to engage students in important conversations around university. The lead up to our “What Is A Man?” conversation with Ira Jackson Jr saw the inception of a new way to engage both Christian and non-Christian students both digitally and on campus. Her bravery and fearlessness to engage in important discussions and interact with new people is a special part of her personality and allows her to adapt and be fruitful in so many different situations, and we look forward to seeing her growth in this area!
